We manufacture and provide OCTG to upstream exploration teams. In partnership with our OEMs, we create all types of high-quality tubular goods here in Nigeria. We offer full-grade coverage API 5CT; High collapse; Sour service; and sweet service. We also offer full-size coverage casing and tubing. Some of the other equipment we manufacture include;
- Premium Thread Licenses: With these licenses, we can offer our customers a wide range of premium threading options for their tubular needs, ensuring the highest level of performance and reliability.
- Licensed to machine premium connector ranges for licensors Advanced CNC lathes.
- Bucking machine: Our state-of-the-art bucking machine is designed to tighten or loosen threaded connections on oilfield tubulars with exceptional precision and speed.
- Advanced Equipment and Technology: We make use of high-level equipment and state-of-the-art machines such as phosphate equipment, sub-arc welds, and X-ray weld inspection device.
- Overhead cranes in the conductor casing and plain end threading workshops.
- Largest Conductor Casing Facility in Nigeria: Our conductor casing facility is the largest and most advanced in the country.
- API 5CT, 6A & SPEC 7 Certified: Our certification ensures that our products and services meet the strict requirements set forth by the American Petroleum Institute, providing our clients with peace of mind and confidence in our capabilities.
- 12 CNC Lathes: Our machines provide high-precision turning for a wide range of materials including metals, plastics, and composites. With advanced automation features and skilled operators, we can deliver consistent and efficient machining of complex geometries and tolerances.
- Fabrication of Pipe to connectors.
- Over 2000 joints of conductor casing fabricated with connectors machined in their facility.
